International Company was established in 1938 supplying hardware and welding materials to public utilities namely CLP Power Co, formerly known as China Light and Power Co., Ltd, Whampoa Dock and Linde HKO Limited formerly known as Hong Kong Oxygen and Acetylene. Mr. Scott Singhe Leung succeeded the business and appointed Mr. Mak Shing and Mr. Lam Ming Lin in early 1980 to operate the company at G/F., 230 Reclamation sheet, Yaumati until 2012.
As from 2012 International Company was consolidated with TPHT Holdings Ltd., in which Mr. Lee Kwei Yum is the Chairman. With Mr. Lee’s 45 years of experience and support from TPHT Holdings Ltd. the company is continuing to supply high quality import tools, hardware goods and welding materials of branded products to local Public Utilities.
Apart from the above the company is also proving suitable tools direct from marker for different usages required by various high-calibre end-users, such as the Hong Kong Air-Craft Engineering, Hong Kong Electric and Hong Kong China Gas, etc.
